Georgian, George III, silver tea service. Of squat and oval form with bands of engraved foliate and wriggle work detail. Each piece features an identical, contemporary monogram, within a cartouche to one side. The other sides all features a vacant cartouche. Each piece in the set is raised upon four ball feet. A very well made set with gilding to the cream and sugar interiors.
Condition is excellent with light surface wear commensurate with age. There are no dents, creases or splits.
Each piece is hallmarked for London 1810 by Robert Hennell I & Samuel Hennell.
Approximate total weight for all three pieces is 1.030 kilos or 33 troy ounces.

Teapot: 27 cm length, 14 cm height and 12 cm depth.
Sugar: 19 cm length, 9.5 cm height and 10.5 cm width.
Cream: 17 cm length, 8 cm height and 8.5 cm width.
