Georgian, George III, Silver Tea Set. Each piece with a gadrooned border and raised on four ball feet. A central girdle adorns each item, along with a band of foliate engraving. A rectangular cartouche to both sides of each piece, one side with monogram. The sugar bowl and cream jug have reeded handles and are gilded to the interior. The teapot with a domed and hinged cover and domed rectangular finial. The teapot handle with ivory spacers.
Each piece is hallmarked for London 1817 by Thomas Wallis II & Jonathan Hayne. The teapot is further part hallmarked to the inside of the cover and base of the handle.
Condition is excellent with light surface wear commensurate with age. The maker's marks are not struck clearly and partially obscured, but still readable.
Approximate total weight for all three pieces is 1.066 kilos or 34.2 troy ounces.

Sugar: 19 cm length, 11 cm depth and 11.5 cm height.
Creamer: 14.5 cm length, 8 cm depth and 10.5 cm height.
