Georgian, George III, silver oval teapot and matching silver oval stand. The teapot has a straight spout and a scroll capped loop handle. Both the teapot and the stand have gadrooned borders. The stand is mahogany loaded in the base.
Condition is excellent with only light surface wear commensurate with age.
The teapot is hallmarked for London 1801 by Richard Cook. The stand is hallmarked for London 1801 and has no makers mark. They are monogrammed identically. The interior of the teapot lid is hallmarked with the lion passant.
