Georgian, George III, silver toddy ladle with twisted whalebone handle and single lipped bowl.
In excellent condition with surface wear commensurate with age. Partially obscured maker's mark and no town mark or year letter visible.
Hallmarked to the bowl for Thomas Morley and the lion passant for sterling silver. Thomas Morley was a toddy ladle maker circa 1780. The stem is also hallmarked with the lion passant.
Approximate dimensions are 36 cm length by 8 cm width.
Approximate weight is 29 grams.
