Late Georgian, Sheffield plated revolving dish stand, circa 1830 - 1840. This revolving stand can be used to hold an oval entree dish, or a circular dish. It has an ornate border of applied leaf and scroll decoration, over reeded bands, with the supports terminating in scroll feet. Still functional today!
In excellent order with light surface wear, commensurate with age.
Approximate weight is 945 grams.
