Pair of early Victorian, crested, silver plate on copper entree dishes. The dishes and covers feature gadrooned borders and are crested with an outreaching hand and forearm , with the motto "DROIT ET LOYAL". The detachable loop handles are leaf capped , with leaf bases and slightly differing.
In excellent order with a light amount of copper bleed. Surface wear is commensurate with age. Higher wear and scratches to the undersides of the dishes.
Appproximate weight of both is 3.6 kilos.
