Pair of Late Georgian Old Sheffield Plate Wine Coasters. With turned wooden bases and central unmarked silver bosses. The rims with scroll and leaf detail.

Both feature the open hand mark used by Smith & Co of Sheffield and J. Watson & Co of Sheffield.

In excellent condition with light surface wear commensurate with age. The felt covering missing from the underside of one.

Approximate weight for the pair is 590 grams.
