The Coronation of Napoleon Gilt Metal Medallion. From an 1807 painting by Jaques-Louis David, Napoleon's official painter. The obverse shows Napoleon holding the crown above his head and is signed A. Candeo GR. The original painting, 10 metres wide by 6 metres high, is on display at the Louvre museum in Paris. The  reverse of the medallion features a profile of the artist and is signed A.Ribeiro & Armindo Viseu.  This is probably issued in Portugal.

Approximate dimensions are 7 cm diameter and 3mm thickness.

Approximate weight is 140 grams.
