Cased set of Dutch silver dessert spoons. This set, in its original fitted case, dates to the first half of the 20th century. Each spoon is chased with scroll decoration and has an orb finial.
The silver spoons are in excellent condition. There is light wear to the fitted case.
Each spoon is marked with a sword and B1V. The sword mark denotes a minimum silver purity of 833 parts per 1000 silver content. The mark of B1V is for the silversmith, M. Bijkamp & Co. of Steenwijk.
Approximate cased weight is 360 grams.
Approximate silver weight is 120 grams or 3.8 troy ounces.
